Commercial solar, storage and charging
Lumora designs, installs, finances and maintains solar, battery storage and EV charging for businesses across northern Europe, sized to how your site really uses power.
An animated model of a Lumora site through one summer day: a warehouse with 520 kWp of rooftop solar, a 1 MWh battery, four van chargers and the grid connection. By day the roof powers the site, charges the battery and exports the surplus; at night the battery discharges and the grid supplies the rest.
Solar makes the power, storage keeps it for when you need it, and charging puts it to work in your fleet. We size all three against the same meter data and the same grid connection.
01 · Commercial solar
Rooftop, carport and ground-mount arrays, sized to how your site uses power. From a 50 kWp barn roof to a 15 MWp distribution park.

Batteries that keep your midday surplus, cut peaks and back up critical loads.
03 · EV charging
Depot, workplace and visitor charging, managed so your connection copes.

Every system watched from Rotterdam
One team carries your project from the survey to its twenty-fifth year. You always know who to call, and what happens next.
Step 1 of 4
An engineer reads a year of your meter data and your roof drawings, then spends a morning on site: the roof, the electrical room and the grid connection.
Step 2 of 4
We lay out the system around rooflights, plant and walkways, model its yield against your load and send a written proposal with every assumption shown.
Step 3 of 4
Our own crews build in zones around your operations. Permits, the network operator's approval and the switch-over are ours to manage.
Step 4 of 4
From the day it starts, every string reports to our operations centre every 15 minutes. If output drops, we see it first and send an engineer.
Move the slider to your yearly electricity spend. The estimate assumes a warehouse with a large roof and daytime hours; the full version takes your site, your roof and your hours.

Illustrative. Assumes €0.22 per kWh and 920 kWh per kWp a year.
Run the full estimateA dairy and a distribution centre need different systems. We start from your load, your roof and your fleet, and from 618 sites like yours.
Logistics and warehousing
Big flat roofs, long working days and fleets that are going electric. Warehouses use solar while it is made, and a battery carries it into the night shift.

The estimate we took to the board in March was within four per cent of what the roof produced in its first year. That made the second site an easy decision.
The same system can be paid for three ways. We price all three from one design, so you can compare them with real numbers.
Buy the system and keep every saving.
Best for sites with capital to invest and a long view of the building.
A fixed monthly payment, often below the saving.
Best for businesses that want savings now and to keep capital free.
Pay only for the power the system makes.
Best for leased buildings, public bodies and sites that want no asset on the books.
Something else on your mind? An engineer can answer it during the site assessment.
Request a site assessmentAn engineer reviews a year of your meter data and your roof drawings, then visits the site for two to three hours to check the roof, the electrical room and the grid connection. You receive a written proposal with a system design, a yield model and the financing options that fit.
Site assessment
An engineer reviews your meter data and roof, visits the site and sends a written proposal with a design, a yield model and the financing options that fit. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
