Bled and balanced every radiator in the house. The back bedroom is finally warm. Rafael explained everything before starting and the price was exactly as quoted.

Fitted blinds in every room of the flat and took the old brackets away. Took a bit longer than quoted, though Rafael did not charge for the extra time.

Fixed a dripping kitchen tap and replaced the cartridges on the bath taps while here. Rafael turned up on the minute and kept me posted the whole way.

Cleared a blocked bathroom sink that had defeated two bottles of drain cleaner. Professional from start to finish. Thank you, Rafael.

Replaced the mouldy sealant round the bath and regrouted the tiles. It looks like a new bathroom. Rafael gave honest advice and did not try to sell us anything extra.

The toilet had been running all night for weeks. A new fill valve and it is silent. Good work overall. Rafael had to come back for one small thing, which was done quickly.

Fitted a new mixer tap in the kitchen and sorted a slow leak under the sink. Rafael arrived with everything needed, so it was all done in one visit.
