In Joana’s words
Bathrooms and kitchens: dripping taps, slow drains, running toilets, new showers. I explain what I found and what I did, and I fit water-saving parts where they make sense.

Bled and balanced every radiator in the house. The back bedroom is finally warm. Worth every cent. Joana is the first person I will call next time.

Cleared a blocked bathroom sink that had defeated two bottles of drain cleaner. Joana gave honest advice and did not try to sell us anything extra.

The toilet had been running all night for weeks. A new fill valve and it is silent. Joana arrived with everything needed, so it was all done in one visit.

Fitted a new mixer tap in the kitchen and sorted a slow leak under the sink. Great value, and Joana finished earlier than expected.
