Before you apply.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no subscription and no charge for quotes. Handwell keeps 12% of each completed job, taken before the payment reaches you.
Do I have to take every job?
No. You choose which requests to quote for, and you can pause your profile whenever your diary is full.
When do I get paid?
Within two working days of the household marking the job done. If they forget, the payment is released 48 hours after the agreed date unless they have raised a problem.
What if a household cancels?
Cancellations within 24 hours of the job pay you a €25 late cancellation fee from the held payment.
Can a team join?
Yes. Join as a business and add your team size. Each person who visits homes needs their own ID check.
