Where it comes from
Asociación El Mirador
The same growers as our Huila Washed, decaffeinated with water only, no solvents.
We start with good coffee: the same El Mirador growers as our Huila Washed. The caffeine is removed with water and time, nothing else.
We roast it a touch slower than our other medium roasts, which keeps it sweet rather than flat.
