Where it comes from
Thirty-four family farms near Pitalito who pool their best lots and share a drying house.
El Mirador began when a handful of neighbours decided to dry their coffee together. It now buys from thirty-four farms and pays each one on the cup score of its own lot.
This is the coffee we give people who are new to speciality: fruit they can taste, sweetness they recognise, nothing too wild.

“Good every way”
Pour-over, AeroPress, even the old drip machine at work. Sweet and caramel-y every time.
“A safe bet for guests”
Everyone likes it, including the people who say they do not like 'fancy coffee'.
