Tumble dryer stopped heating. A new element fitted the next morning. Really tidy work. Elena cleaned up after themselves without being asked.

Our oven would not heat past 100 degrees. A new thermostat and it is back to normal. Professional from start to finish. Thank you, Elena.

Honest enough to tell us a ten-year-old washer was not worth repairing, and only charged the call-out. Arrived a little later than planned, but Elena let me know in advance.

The dishwasher was leaking onto the kitchen floor. A new door seal and a cleaned filter sorted it. So easy to arrange. Elena replied within minutes and came the next day.

Error code on the washer that two other engineers could not fix. Sorted in forty minutes. Elena was friendly, quick and clearly knows what they are doing.

Fridge freezer was icing up every week. Fixed the fan and explained what had gone wrong. Elena sent photos when the job was done, which was great as I was at work.

The washing machine stopped draining mid-cycle. Diagnosed a blocked pump and fixed it within the call-out. Very good job. It took a couple of messages to settle on a date.

Tumble dryer stopped heating. A new element fitted the next morning. Elena gave honest advice and did not try to sell us anything extra.
