About
In Declan’s words
My son Ciarán and I look after a lot of Old Town's older houses: sash windows, doors that have dropped, skirting that needs patching before a repaint. We are tidy, we turn up when we say, and we tell you if a job is not worth doing.

Repaired the garden gate and put new hinges on the shed door. Brilliant communication from Declan from the first message to the last.

Mounted a 55 inch TV on a brick chimney breast and hid every cable. Declan was friendly, quick and clearly knows what they are doing.

Sanded and painted the sash windows at the front of the house. They open properly again too. Arrived a little later than planned, but Declan let me know in advance.

Put up a heavy mirror and three picture frames exactly where we marked. Really tidy work. Declan cleaned up after themselves without being asked.

Fitted blinds in every room of the flat and took the old brackets away. Declan was careful around our toddler and the cat.

Repainted our hallway, stairs and landing. The preparation was meticulous and the finish is flawless. Declan explained everything before starting and the price was exactly as quoted.

Fixed a dripping overflow, a squeaky floorboard and a kitchen drawer that kept falling out. Great value, and Declan finished earlier than expected.

Put up six floating shelves in the living room, perfectly level and solid on a tricky plasterboard wall. Declan turned up on the minute and kept me posted the whole way.
