Health and safety
Heat and cold, safely
Every booking asks you to confirm you have read this. It takes a minute.
- 01
Listen to your body
Ten to fifteen minutes in the heat is plenty. Leave whenever you want to; nobody keeps count.
- 02
Cold, slowly
Walk into cold water, never jump. One to two minutes is enough. Keep your head above the water.
- 03
Drink water
Between every round. Alcohol and heat do not mix, so we do not serve it before or during a visit.
- 04
Check first
If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure or epilepsy, ask your doctor before you book.
- 05
Hosts on the floor
Trained in first aid and always in sight of the pools. Every room has a call button by the door.
Sixteen and over for shared sessions and rituals. Children from twelve in the Private suite with an adult. If you feel unwell at any point, leave the room and tell a host.
