We open the doors at seven, with the stove already hot and the river still. One hour in the loop, smaller numbers, and the light coming up over the far bank. Our quietest session: most guests come alone and leave without saying a word.

Health and safety
Read this before you book
- Eat something light before you come. Heat on an empty stomach can make you dizzy.
- Enter cold water slowly and stay for one to two minutes at most.
- Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure or epilepsy.
