This is a demo site. Ember & Ice is a fictional bathhouse built by Consenteo to show a booking platform at work. Nothing you enter here is sent to a real company: bookings stay in your own browser, and the forms only check what you typed.
What we would keep
On a real site, a booking keeps your name, email and phone number so we can confirm it, remind you the day before and reach you if something changes on the day. Card payments are handled by our payment provider: we only ever see the card type and the last four digits.
How long
Booking details for two years after your last visit, then deleted. Gift card records for as long as the card is valid. Membership records while you are a member, and one year after.
Cookies
The cookie banner offers three categories. Reject all and Accept all are equal choices, and the site works the same either way.
