Where it comes from
Cerro Verde micro-mill, the Solís family
A family micro-mill that processes only its own coffee, a few hundred bags a year.
Honey process means the skin is removed but the sticky fruit is left on the bean while it dries. That fruit feeds the sweetness you taste.
The Solís family turn the drying coffee every hour for the first days. It is the most hands-on lot we buy.

“Syrupy and sweet”
Apricot is spot on. My favourite of the lighter roasts.
