Where it comes from
Karindi Ridge Farmers' Co-operative
A co-operative of around 900 members on the slopes below the Aberdares, with its own washing station.
Karindi Ridge washes its coffee twice, soaking it overnight in clean river water. It is careful, slow work, and it gives the cup its clarity.
AA is the largest bean size Kenya grades. This lot is small and it will not come back until next year, so when it is gone, it is gone.

“Blackcurrant juice”
Bright, juicy and clean. Best Kenyan I have had at home. Glad I got two bags before the lot runs out.
Mateo FischerOrdered twice · brews it as V60 “Sharp at first”
Too sharp on day three, glorious from day seven. Give it a week after the roast date.
