How the customer portal uses your data
Who we are
Corvo Freight B.V., Maasboulevard 100, 3011 TX Rotterdam, Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data used in this portal. Questions go to privacy@corvo-freight.example.
What we use, and why
- Your name, work email, phone and role, to give you access to your company's account and nothing else.
- Shipment, invoice and contact details from our transport and finance systems, read when you open a page and shown only to your company.
- What you send us through the portal, such as bookings and support cases, to carry out the work you ask for.
We keep account data while your company is a customer, and transport records for seven years, as the law on bookkeeping requires.
